Taste of Christmas Menu

Enjoy a free sampling of traditional Filipino desserts and delicacies served during the Christmas season that is sure to take your tastebuds on a trip back to the Philippines. 

Since the very first Parol Lantern Festival, community food vendors have contributed to the Taste of Christmas! Samples were provided by our own community vendors such as Kababayan Restaurant, Mestiza, Tita Pearl, and Ate Tess of JT’s Restaurant. 

Free samples until supplies last. 1 ticket per plate.

Tsamporado with Tuyo Flakes (vegetarian version available without tuyo flakes): glutinous rice, chocolate, sugar 

Bibingka (vegetarian): rice flour, sugar, eggs, coconut milk, milk, butter 

Cassava Cake (vegetarian): grated cassava,milk, coconut milk, eggs

Mini-pandesal with Keso de Bola (vegetarian): wheat flour, eggs, butter, bread crumbs, keso de bola (edam cheese).
